Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Pre-Order Items

Items listed as pre-order will ship on the estimated date displayed on the product page. If your order has not shipped within 15 days after the listed estimated shipping date, you are entitled to request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original estimated shipping date.

In-Stock Items

In-stock items are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Cyprus, Greece and selected EU countries. If your country is not available at checkout please contact us directly.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delays

Sword of Faith is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier disruptions outside of our control. However if your order is significantly delayed we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
