All orders placed through Sword of Faith are made-to-order and custom printed. Because each item is produced specifically for you, cancellations are not accepted once payment has been confirmed.

Pre-Order Orders

This product is available as a pre-order. By completing your purchase you agree to the following terms:

• If your order has not shipped by 15  day after the day of shipment promised, you are entitled to request a full refund
  
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

As all items are printed to order, the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which excludes goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Exceptions

We will offer a full refund or replacement if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
